Who we are

Service Before Self LLC was founded in 2026 and is owned and run by Aviv Ram, a service-disabled US Air Force veteran. We deliver environmental services and manufactured goods to federal, state and local agencies.

Aviv leads technical scoping, government and customer relationships, and business development. Tal Eskinazi, business partner, runs operations and project management. Every client works directly with Aviv and Tal.

At Service Before Self, Aviv reads every requirement, scopes the technical work, and builds the relationships with agencies and partners.

Tal Eskinazi

Runs operations and project management at Service Before Self: schedules, vendor and subcontractor coordination, document control, compliance tracking and follow-through.

Brings more than ten years of project management across construction, design, software, entertainment and marketing: planning, schedules, budgets, risk, vendor coordination and status reporting for cross-functional teams of 25+, on projects tied to more than $10 million in revenue.
